I got this pin and one of the magnetic backings was stuck so I used a tool to remove it breaking the post on accident. When I told them about this issue, they not only emailed me a formal apology to my complaint addressing that specific issue, they also sent me a new one where the magnetic backings are not stuck on the pin. I love this lanyard! It's great to have a detachable part on it to show your ID when TSA wants a closer look at the ID. This is my 2nd one as the metal clap broke after getting caught in luggage.
