Refund and Return Policy

At Aviation Pin (aviationpin.com), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to do so.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You do not need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, as we manage this information internally.

To start a return, contact us at hello@aviationpin.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as we do not offer prepaid shipping labels. Returns should be sent to the following address: 2 Calle, J10, Urb. Santa Paula, Guaynabo, PR 00969, United States.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or it is not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@aviationpin.com. In these cases, we will send you a correct or undamaged item at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first return the item you have, notifying us in advance at hello@aviationpin.com, Once the return is accepted, we will send you a discount code for the value of your original purchase, which you can use to buy any other item in our store. Send the original item to the address mentioned above, after receiving our confirmation.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Consumers in the European Union have a cooling-off period of 14 days, known as the "right of withdrawal", during which they can return their purchase for any reason and without justification. The conditions for return are the same as our general policy.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund on your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days, plus the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
