SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
At Aviation Pin, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience, which includes efficient and secure delivery of your products through our shipping partner, USPS. When USPS packages leave the United States, they are handed over to the national postal operator of the recipient's country.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of purchase. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Therefore, any purchase made on Saturday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
We strive to ensure that all orders are carefully packaged and shipped efficiently. During high-demand periods, such as holiday seasons or special promotions, order processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.
TRANSIT TIMES
Transit times vary depending on the destination location and are beyond our direct control once the package has been handed over to USPS. International transit times may be affected by various factors, including customs and other administrative delays in the destination country. We recommend consulting with the local postal service for more accurate estimates based on your specific location.
CUSTOMS CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees that may apply once the package arrives in their country. These additional charges are set by the local customs authority and must be covered by the customer.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping for orders within the United States, which ensures that the order is prioritized in our packaging queue and sent via USPS Priority service, offering a transit time of 1-3 business days. A tracking number is included only with this type of shipping. For international shipments, please note that the tracking number may become ineffective once the package leaves the United States and enters the national postal system of the country where you reside.
POSTAL HOLIDAYS
Our operation adjusts to the USPS holiday calendar. On postal holidays, when USPS does not process shipments, orders will be sent on the next available business day.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
We acknowledge that severe weather conditions can impact shipping times. In such cases, we strive to communicate with affected customers and provide updates and solutions as soon as possible.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to our facilities for reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package), we will contact the customer to coordinate a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
