When I received it I was a little concerned, it was mailed in a padded envelope that was a bit ragged. After opening it only the box was a little crushed, still would have been nice to have a pristine box.
I’ll be ordering more soon.
Customer service was excellent. Responded quickly with relevant information regarding my order. Item arrived in good condition. Pins are very nice. Proud to add to my collection.
My brother retired from being a pilot and these are some of the airports his main hub east at
Was looking for Daytona Beach airport pin also didn’t see it. Great Christmas gift for him
Thank you! ✈️
Clearly a high quality pin, not a thin and flimsy but solidly made piece, love the box it is in, almost makes me not want to take it out, super unique and a great gift idea for sure!
I got this pin and one of the magnetic backings was stuck so I used a tool to remove it breaking the post on accident. When I told them about this issue, they not only emailed me a formal apology to my complaint addressing that specific issue, they also sent me a new one where the magnetic backings are not stuck on the pin. I'm glad they cared and are willing to respond to complaints! Their pins are unique and beautiful! Thanks for making my day better! To those who want these pins to be magnetically attached to say their fridge, they got you! Thank you for the excellent customer service and the awesome pin!
I bought my pin for a former NYer to remind them of once living in the greatest city in the world. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I will order more for Christmas!!
